A Christmas Fairytale Affair

Seasoned with English herbs and spices, the slow-roasted to golden perfection, the bird is juicy and tender.




To vie for equal attention, a humongous Louisiana BBQ Short Ribs to excite those carnivorous appetites. The meaty ribs are best savored with roasted vegetables and perhaps some dark rich brown gravy or black pepper gravy.


Good old-fashioned Chicken Mushroom and Sweet Onion Pie is pure comfort food, especially this festive season. Golden short crust pastry with saucy chicken, mushroom and onion filling is bound to be a favorite of many diners of all ages.
