Trace Restaurant and Bar is an all-day-dining eatery that serves a la carte as well as buffet. The restaurant is spacious and boast of an amazing view of Petronas Twin Towers and Kuala Lumpur city. This festive holiday, the culinary team has curated a menu filled with festive must-have dishes as well as a plethora of classic Christmas desserts.

Tuck into classic Christmas roasts of Australian Angus Prime Beef Ribs and Roasted Turkey along with the usual suspects of roasted vegetables, chestnut stuffing, giblet gravy, cranberry sauce and more.

Also available on the carving station is Roasted BBQ Beef Brisket, a gargantuan beef rib brisket slow baked and beautifully seasoned. Sliced of moist beef are perfect with lashings of gravy and roasted vegetables.

A rotisserie of Whole Roasted Duck a la Orange would be another highlight to check out!

A show stopper of the buffet, tuck into sublime pieces of Salmon Gravlax!

From the grill, there’s a selection of Marinated Beef Steak, Lamb Chops, Tiger Prawn, Chicken Escallop, Sausage, Baby Seabass and Stingray. These would be accompanied by assorted sauces, pickles and condiments.

The appetizer selection is equally impressive, with a long list of dishes that includes Grilled Baby Squids with Lemon Oil & Rosemary, Smoked Duck Breast, Grilled Mediterranean Vegetable, Homemade Turkey Terrine with Chutney, Tuna Tataki with Dried Fruit Salsa & Wasabi Mayo, Sautéed Prawn with Chili Aioli & Basil Oil, Grilled Stuffed Turkey with Assorted Dried Fruits Served with Cranberry Sauce, Cheese Board and more.

Cold Seafood on Ice will feature assorted seafood such as black mussel, crab, slipper lobster, ½ shell scallop and tiger prawn.

The Japanese station highlights classic favorite Assorted Sushi, Sashimi and Maki while the live Pasta station offers made-to-order pasta. There are also freshly baked pizzas from Trace Signature, Pepperoni, Margherita to fusion ones such as Rendang Turkey and more.

There are also plenty of other hot dishes from Western to Chinese and Malay. Western hot dishes highlight includes Venison Saddle with Pommery Mustard Sauce, Grilled Salmon with Spinach Butter Sauce, Chicken Stew with Olive & Root Vegetable, Oven Roasted Lamb Chops and more.

There are also Malay and Chinese station as well as Dim Sum station and Noodle station featuring an array of mouth-watering local favorites to give diners taste of local flavours.

Take-Home “Turkey To Go”

Spruce up your festive celebration at home with gourmet take-home succulent roast treat. Returning this year on the menu is the certified Halal Whole Roasted Turkey. Each order is served with roasted potatoes, sautéed vegetables, Brussel sprouts, apple chestnut stuffing, cranberries, and giblet gravy.
