Restaurant offer diners a stylish décor set with two dining areas. Buffet
counters are cleverly set on the side, spread along the side of the room,
allowing diners to roam the spread comfortably. Open live kitchen is also available
where diners can catch some kitchen actions of food being prepared to order.
The all-day dining restaurant offers a sumptuous list of buffet spread like no
other, all spread out for easy enjoyment.
This
festive season, the culinary team from Sedap
is going all out to curate a Christmas inspired buffet featuring glorious Christmas
roasts, bountiful appetizers and mains featuring grilled meat and seafood as
well as a list of magical desserts.
Savor
Roast Turkey spiced up with a local
spice twist along with Roast Chestnuts,
Stuffing, Giblet Gravy and Cranberry Sauce. The slices of succulent turkey are
indeed a classic and delicious must-have this Christmas season.
Tuck
into the king of the beef with a Roast
Prime Beef Rib with a Cheese and Herb Crust and add-on some Roast Vegetables and Mushroom or Black Pepper Gravy to seal
the deal.
The
appetizer corner is such a lovely sight and laden with a plethora of colorful
and tasty mini bites. Seared Tuna on
sticks, Squid with Fruity Salsa, Vegetable Terrine, Cured Gravlax, Seafood
Terrine and Chilled Gazpacho are
just some of the list of appetizers that will tempt diners into the magical
mood of the season.
Go
wild on Chilled Seafood on Ice or Japanese Sashimi and Sushi as there are
certainly plenty of options to select from. From Slipper Lobster, Yabbies,
Oyster, Mussel, Prawn to cuts of Salmon, Butter Fish, White Fish as well as
Assorted Sushi, there’s even a Whole
Poached Salmon Fillet and Smoked
Salmon beckoning to be savored.
While
the hot buffet offers an array of international and local dishes, the live
kitchen station offers Teppanyaki style
meat and seafood along with Char Kway
Teow and more. Fresh and made-to-order, these are crowd pullers all the

Desserts
are just as impressive as the other dishes. A chef will serve Baba au Rhum flambé
at your order!
