Al-Amar Express, Fahrenheit 88: Let’s Meet Up After Work At Al-Amar Express!

A Fabulous evening of chilling out with Friends at Al-Amar Express!

In the heart of the concrete jungle lies Al-Amar Express, a stylish but casual hang out place for those who are looking for a chill out place when traffic is at its worst in the city! Strategically position on the sidewalk of Jalan Bukit Bintang right in front of the main entrance of Fahrenheit 88 shopping mall, the modern and contemporary interior was classy and bright with wooden floors, cream color theme with splashes of red to bring it alive.

The open kitchen lets its guest participate and anticipate their meals being prepared by the kitchen team. The exterior side of the restaurant has been modeled using a large expense of glass walls where guest can spend some time on people watching or just relax and dream away while gazing out. With a capacity of 80 persons, guests have an option of air conditioned indoor or alfresco dining area.

Arriving on time, I was glad to meet some close friends right outside the gorgeous signature Al-Amar red and black trademark logo design.

Camping out in the alfresco area, we quickly order some cocktails while canapés were served in accompaniment to our drinks! Checking out the menu, I discovered a list of light dishes like Lebanese wraps, healthy sandwiches, shawarmas, salads and Lebanese pizza called Manakeesh.

My enjoyment of a Strawberry Margarita hit all the right spots after a long day at work! Pack with the antioxidant berry, my cocktail was simply a satisfying one…

Our charming bartender that concocted our sexy cocktails that night was all smiles when he saw our cameras. Plenty of other cocktails are available while beers, wines and liqueurs complete the drink list!

A fan of the Middle Eastern cuisine, I gladly chomp in delight on the arrays of Burgers, Manakeesh and sandwiches while desserts like Tiramisu, Chocolate Brownies and Cheesecake ignites our sweet tooth!

After our tummies were filled, the mingling became more intense while many of us start to relax and have a great time! Happy faces coming right up… J

For those adventurous ones, Al-Amar Express has an extensive range of fruit flavored Shishas available for some extra enjoyment.

Besides their attractive lunch and dinner combos, Al-Amar Express is also open for breakfast and serves a luscious array of Lebanese pastries offering guests an alternative to the usual western or continental options. Check out my first experience at the Al-Amar central kitchen and their 2011 MIGF menu here!

In addition to all the above, Al-Amar Express is proud to introduce a great Happy Hour promotion for their cocktails and beers. Happy hours starts from 4pm to 8pm every day. The Buy 2 and get 1 Free Promotion is simply irresistible!

Psst… Al-Amar Express is open till 5am every Friday and Saturday nights. Definitely a great after-party spot to satisfy some hunger pangs with some healthy quick bites!
